I have trained a whole range of clientele including children, older adults, sports teams, Olympic athletes, pregnant ladies and anyone looking to improve their health & fitness. I also welcome individuals referred by physiotherapists and doctors. I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years and in 2017 I opened BPF Fitness in Tetbury. This gym specialises in providing the very best personal training services and fitness classes. I have developed my own training philosophies using the experience and scientific knowledge I have built up over the years. Whatever your goal, be it: weight loss, strength, flexibility, endurance, increased lung capacity, vitality or function, I can help you to achieve it. I have a passion for exercise and inspiring others to push themselves to attain their goals.
I offer 1-2-1 personal training sessions from my gym at BPF Fitness Tetbury.
These personal training sessions are tailored to your goals. I offer 45 minute and 60 minute training sessions.
All clients will receive a full health & fitness assessment prior to any training commencing. This is to keep you safe and to set SMART goals .
I run a barbell coaching session bi-weekly when the gym is closed on a Sunday at 4pm. This is a group training session with an accompanying training plan.
This is a monthly fee of £30.00 or £120.00 for 10 sessions. Alternatively you can pay for drop in sessions which are £20.00 but don't include the accompanying training plan.
Online training is a great way to get some direction and coaching for the fraction of the price of personal training. It also keeps you accountable and helps you track your progress. As online training isn't subject to a time of the day such as personal training it may fit into your busy scheduled easier.
All plans run through the TrueCoach App which is a market leader for online training. With video tutorials, exercise tracking and progress monitoring makes training on your own simple and effective.
These plan can be bespoke and tailored to you or I do offer a few generic training plans.
Our vision is to provide a training facility that allows people to train in a varied and versatile way. With functionality at it’s core, the gym caters to many different training styles such as general health and fitness, sport specific, bodybuilding, CrossFit, powerlifting, strongman, Olympic lifting, triathlon, cycling and much more!
We encourage our members to try something new in order to develop their training regimes, for example using a new piece of cardio equipment such as the SkiErg or Assault Bike, adding some weight and resistance work or trying a new class such as Metcon.
We also wanted to build a sense of ‘community’, where people feel at ease training within a supportive environment, whatever their age or fitness ability. As well as a ‘gym community’ we wanted to be active within the larger community of Tetbury and surrounding villages, helping out local causes with various charity events, sponsoring local sports teams and athletes and supporting local traditions such as the Tetbury Woolsack Races.
