Personal Training & Online Coaching Based in Tetbury.


I have trained a whole range of clientele  including children, older adults, sports teams, pregnant ladies and anyone looking to improve their health & fitness. I also welcome individuals referred by physiotherapists and doctors. I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years and in 2017 I opened BPF Fitness in Tetbury. This gym specialises in providing the very best personal training services and fitness classes. I have developed my own training philosophies using the experience and scientific knowledge I have built up over the years. The training techniques I implement use a variety of resistance equipment, own body weight actions, suspension training, accommodating resistance and cardio-vascular monitoring. Whatever your goal, be it: weight loss, strength, flexibility, endurance, increased lung capacity, vitality or function, I can help you to achieve it. I have a passion for exercise and inspiring others to push themselves to attain their goals.




Personal Training

I offer 1-2-1 personal training and group session from my gym at BPF Fitness Tetbury.


These personal training sessions are tailored to your goals. I offer 45 minute and 60 minute training sessions.

Online  Coaching

This service have two options,


1. Tailored sessions sent to you on the TrueCoach app. Includes video tutorials. This is a bespoke service and each session is designed for you.

2. Online Plans, these also use the Truecoach app but they will pre set training plans. 




Master the kettlebell in this 8 week programme. Start of with the fundamentals and move onto flows and killer challenges.


Home Workouts

This programme is great for those who aren't a gym member or prefer working out from their home. No equipment needed only basic household items. This plan will challenge even the fittest of home trainers.


Female Physique

This is a weights based toning plan designed to give you an athletic figure and to build those glutes. This is not easy but you will see results over the 10 weeks. Nutritional support and weekly check ins.
