Group Barbell Coaching
I run a barbell coaching session bi-weekly when the gym is closed on a Sunday at 4pm. This is a group training session with an accompanying training plan.
These sessions focus on improving technique for all your compound movements as well as teaching you how to Olympic Lift safely. We will also look at your mobility and athletic ability so we can tailor your programme to suit.
This is a monthly fee of £30.00 or £120.00 for 10 sessions. Alternatively you can pay for drop in sessions which are £20.00 but this does not include the accompanying training plan.
Online training is a great way to get some direction and coaching for the fraction of the price of personal training. It also keeps you accountable and helps you track your progress. As online training isn't subject to a time of the day such as personal training it may fit into your busy scheduled easier.
All plans run through the TrueCoach App which is a market leader for online training. With video tutorials, exercise tracking and progress monitoring makes training on your own simple and effective.

FEMALE FIT Physique
This is a weights based toning plan designed to give you an athletic figure and to build those glutes. This is not easy but you will see results over the 10 weeks. Nutritional support and weekly check ins.
This 12 week training plan covers your basic compound barbell exercises and takes you through various training methods. Within this plan you will also learn the basics of Olympic lifting. The plan starts and finishes with some safe fitness testing to help you track your progress.
